Look Beyond the Sight

You see what your mind can envisage,
Thou know not the silent portrait holds something large.
What made the heart pump up the compassion?
What welled up the soul with profound emotion?
Go beyond the de-rigueur of sanity,
Leave all egos and shed all vanity.
Try to look at the agitations that made the precious pearl drops flow,
Gaze at, ponder at what has made the flame glow?
Life is not what all you see,
All that appears is not bound to be.
Be a friend or a fiend, you are bound to fall apart sometime,
Then thou shall retrospect what all is crucified in trying times.
The pained soul may not share everything at stake,
It might be dwelling in an inferno of quakes.
So just let the sand grains of time pass by the moments lived,
All wounds are self-healing, the good life ever cherished...
